It was a good 7 day celebration today. One of my favorite things was finally getting home and congratulting Bob.
I'm feeling soft and secure in my quit today. There is nothing to report agony-wise. I had a great day. Meetings went well at work, my son is happy and we played the "spider" game, I watered plants, talked to my mom...... I had more time. Today I relaxed into my quit. Not to say that cravings weren't there..... sucked on a straw when no one was looking, chewed a lot of gum, and thought several times today about driving to the store and giving up. But the fact that I was busy, engaged with people that I'm helping at work, had spider games to play, and family and all of you to talk to.... what more can I ask for? I'm really blessed and that feeling took over today. May that feeling take over everyday.
deb.... on to day 8
