Thanks dunc for sending that manual to me. I've read it now and i can see how its geared up to work. I suspect Charles linden and yourself are the same personnality as i am, if life kicks you in the teeth, then after youve managed to pick yourself up, you kick life right back, and i think this is really ment for people with that kind of mentality. This is a manual (IMHO) that can show you ways of how you can stand back up after this terrible affliction has kicked you to the ground. A perfect example of that, and this happened last night before i had read it. I was having another bloody attack again, and i'm so fed up with it. Something inside me stopped being scared and i became really angry and started, well, for want of a better word, tuanting this thing. Looking at the sweat on my palms saying, call yourself a panic attack, your rubbish, is that the best you can do etc,etc. It didnt stop it but i felt less victimised afterwards.
