Don't be ashamed Debbie. You've been going through a lot lately. Every person on this planet has to let go of the load they are carrying once in awhile. It's ok to let go and let it out. Be honest with your son. Explain to him that sometimes you have hard time and get scared but that everything is ok. Kids get scared when they don't understand what's going on, so be honest with him. Don't go into great detail because he probably won't understand and will tune you out. Just tell him that sometimes you have a hard time dealing with things, sometimes you need a little time to get back on your feet and everything is going to be ok. But make sure you tell him how much you love him and that it is not his fault in any way. Sometimes kids get worried about things and they tend to think it's their fault, so reassure him that everything is ok. It's going to be ok Debbie - I promise!

I am having a better day, and I am so relieved. I ate today, did some housework and just had a quick little shaky spell this afternoon. I am so thankful today is better, if I could just keep this feeling! Thank you all for all your concern, your prayers must be helping me, even the chest pains and palps are not as bad, I just pray to God I do not go down again, its so scary and I feel like I will never get better or just die and I despise feeling like that. Thank you all so much again, I hope everyone is having a good day. GOd bless, Debbie.

debbie your story about you crying at the store in front of your son reminded me of the time i cried my eyes out at the denists office in front of my little girl. i felt terrible. but remember our kids love us unconditional. its ok to cry. i feel better after i cry.i think once you get on the right meds you will be fine and all the health scares will go away and the heart palps! debbie you are strong. you got this far! remember think positive! hugs! gina

Keep perservering with the positive thoughts and the deep breathing. Why did you go off zoloft?I agree with Brandywyne perhaps it could be withdrawals thats making you feel like this but whatever the case you need to see a doctor and get help for what your going through you are not alone in this battle ok we are all here for you sendings hugs and prayers to you goodluck. You might be experiencing the withdrawal symptoms from the zoloft and nothing to do with your anxiety. These meds when stopped abruptly can cause all kinds of terrible symptoms. Try and concentrate on that possibility, rather than it was something you did or didn't do. IF it was that, it was nothing you could control, it was a chemical reaction that was completely out of your control. I know how hard it is, especially when those closest to us can't comprehend what we go through.

Debbie I am so sorry that you are going through this horrible time. I am praying for you. You must know that you are not alone in this. We are here to support you and send you notes to raise your spirits. Depression is difficult. I am currently dealing with it and panic. I hit rock bottom and it is very draining. My advice is to give yourself time which requires you to rest. You need this time to get better. Try to do little things that will make you feel better. I know how difficult this can be. You can and will get better. I am sure dealing with your brother's fiance sickness is very difficult for you. I am not sure what advice to give only that your health is important too. Please take some time for yourself. It will get better. Take Care

Hi sorry to hear you are so distrought. I had 3 young people I know die from anorisms last year and it freaked me too. About the meds. The doctor took my mom OFF the xannax and put her on Klonipan, I think they BOth nerve pills. I would not take both unless a doctor or pharmacy said it was ok. Until then, know that the klonipan works the best. And pleasssseeeeeeeee go back on Zoloft, it will help so much! I said a prayer for you, asked God to comfort you and give you grace.

Thank you very much Josie. I did some deep breathing, said some prayers and took 1/4 of a Klonopin, I know that is not much to take but if I take anymore I feel overly sedated and I must cook and care for my son. Thank you again. I will try to get through the day and the chest pains. Debbie.

Debbie, You need to put some relaxation techniques in to place for the time being. You will need to contact your doctor or perhaps a better pharmacist to answer questions about your medications. Get all the facts, before you make any hefty choices. Your doctor will know what is best for you. Concentrate on one day at a time and take it slow. Start with your relaxation and play with your little boy and realize what he must be feeling right now. It will take time to sort things out, start now. Concentrate on the next hour and slow down. You will get through this. Josie _______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.
