Yes I have caught myself doing the same thing. I just take 5 deep breathes and mentally say "relax" as I exhale. If I dont, I will just get more tense and anxious and dizzy, ect ect.
Does anybody find themselves holding their breath? I have noticed myself doing it and the more i focus on it the more i panic but how do i just breathe normal?
