Best advice for getting through the tough times????
Yell, kick, scream, punch pillows, cry, break dishes, whatever it takes, and when that doesn't work.... You still don't smoke.
Five minutes at a time if necessary. Drink plenty of ice water and take a lot of deep breaths.
I cried a river of tears, reached out for help from my quit buddies here, read stories of people dying of smoking related illnesses, and got through one day at a time until the days got easier.
