Good question HadEnough & I think one we all have to answer for ourselves. My only slip was an entire pack so I would say I fell off & the wagon ran me over. If I had just a couple of puffs, I would still call it a slip because I have promised NOPE. I wouldn't set my meter back to 0, but I would subtract a day because the meter tracks smoke-free days & that would not be one.
What each of us does or would do in this case is a personal decison, I think, based on our promise to ourselves & those around us, our motivation, & our commitment to what smoke-free means.
Good luck, whatever you decide is right for you..
