Changing routines for me helped a lot. Remember to do a lot of deep breathing exercises.. breathe in ,,, breathe out... do this several times when the cravings hit and feel the flow your breath inside your chest.. the rhythm.. keep repeating this over and over again.
Also, post post post! We're always here for you. This wonderful little village here is filled with the most awesome people who help, support, advise, comfort and at times throw in a joke or two and suddenly, when you didn't think it would be possible they will bring a smile to your face :)
