Well Girlfriend, you made it through smoke free, and that's what matters. So sorry you felt an outcast, but know that they are truly the outcasts. One of the reasons I quit was because I was at a party, and I was 1 of 3 that smoked, and I was embarrassed that I smoked. There were dozens of people there. I had to move from the table where we were playing board games, and go outside, then come back and hope that I didn't stink too badly! The odds are going up, or down, depending on how you look at it and there are many more non and reformed smokers than ever before. WE are the smart ones, believe that!
Love to you, Denise
