I'm going Gamboling! LOL Or better yet Gambling. I never did get an answer on what Gamboling is. Supposed to be good weather. Oh and then I have to finish the walls in that room and get it painted. Lots o' stuff to do.

hey Terry, eventually you stop having those thoughts and don't even crave. Then some times they hit like a mack truck. Just breathe through it, or walk, or anything else but N.O.P.E.
What are you up to this weekend?
We are finally getting some rain over here thank goodness.

Hey Terry.
It takes awhile for those craves to go away....I still don't know how long. I'm really not trying to scare ya but I still crave when I'm stressed, scared or angry. They say it takes a complete year. You have to go through all 4 seasons to really get freedom. Hang in there.......WE will win. You rock girl.

I thought I'd check in here on my thread. I haven't in a few day's. I've been visiting some other ones with new quitters. It's good to be able to support them. I am now on day 19 and am finding myself thinking about smoking less and less. The crave is still there. Seems like I've got to constantly have something in my mouth. But working out regular and taking walks helps and I've never drank so much water in my life. Anyway a big thanks goes out to all those who supported me in the beginning and still.
