Wow I can't believe I forgot my 3rd year quit anniversary. I haven't been here for so long wow alot of new members that is great. I really like the new look of it.

to all the old timers I DID IT...some days were hard most were easy but with your help and love I did it...I'm still not letting my guard down. It was so nice to go to the doctors the other day and when he asked if I smoked I said no I am a non smoker.
