way to hang in there Mamma D! sleep is a great thing. get plenty of rest whenever you can. at the beginning of my quit, i felt exhausted all the time. i slept through alot of hell week. it is starting to taper off now in my third week. way to go on getting through a tough day.

Hey everyone
Today was very hard for me but I have refrained. Lots of frustration and other reasons for the junkie to use but NOPE. I have forgotten how exhausting this is. I feel very tired and all I want to do is sleep and stay away from everybody. Water, breathing and walks help so I will continue them. I'm keep telling myself that I am a NON-SMOKER and tend to maked other choices. Will talk later.
