I was a grandma at 40 and then at 42 and now again at 50. The grandkids are the best. I am almost done with my day 3. So someone explain to me "Hell Week" and "Heck Week". Not that I need an explanation of what that means :) but is Hell Week supposed to be the week after my first 3 days or what?

Well done Terry :)
Rewards (in any form) are an important part of the quit process as they help to give a big boost when times get tough!
Day 3 and still going strong ~ You're doing a brilliant job Terry and you should be very proud of yourself.
Huge congratulation to you :)
Rachel

Look at you!!! Day three. Just keep doing it. Now for a reward, hum. Maybe you give and receive a hug from your sister :eg:, now that you both smell so good. Just a thought
Keep the Quit

Thanks Kelly and Everyone else for chatting with me and keeping me going. I'm going to take a look at that thread and come up with a great reward. Although as I've said I take pretty good of me anyway. Terry

I know how you feel. It's amazing to see one's self accomplishing the seemingly impossible task of quitting smoking. I'm so excited for you! I remember feeling a bit anxious as well. They say the cravings peak on day three so be prepared with your coping tools...water, candies, whatever. After today there won't be any nicotine left in your body. How sweet is that?!
The rewards thread is in the "Forum for New Users.."
Have a great day!
