When those tough craves come, you just have to stick them out. ANd yes sometimes you get tired of fighting, that is why you have a support group. When you are tired, before you give in, come here and post a help message. Then go further and read some old post for a few minutes before you check back. It usually does not take long before someone comes along to help out. That's 24/7. So plunge on in...Just keep swimming.
