Windy and every one else: Never, ever forget what it was like to smoke. Never, ever forget why you chose to quit.
Every day I remember the miserable details of smoking. I can still feel the heat of the cig on my fingers and lips, and in my mouth. I can feel the sting of the smoke in my eyes and throat. It often will actually trigger a cough.
As long as I can recall those details of the reality of smoking, there is no way I will ever go back.
Keep up the great quits, everyone. :)
Shevie

Wendy, this is why it's such a good idea to keep a quit journal. It's a great help during rough times to look back and recall the struggles we had. You are doing great!
