Don't be sorry. We all do things at our own pace at our own time. I do hope you try the program though as it is helpful. But if you do not feel up to posting, it is ok. You will do what you need when you need it. Wishing you hope and strength too!
After two years in hospital, on top of the depression, I developed a strong social phobia and it is very hard to interact with people, especially verbally.
I have support from my family and care team but don't feel anything is really changing.
I think coming here is a great step to take. The people are great and understanding. I haven't gotten very far in the program yet but up to now it is helpful and very instructive. Welcome to the forums.
Anne,
Welcome to our support community and congratulations on taking some steps to help yourself. We strongly encourage you to get started working through the sessions and using the tools to help you track your mood and symptoms. Take some time to browse the site and see what is available to you.
When you are ready, tell us a little bit more about yourself. The members are fantastic and are full of great knowledge, support and advice.
Keep us posted,
Welcome... I have been using the program 6 weeks now and it has given me hope and the support here is great. You can vent and pour out your heart here in a safe environment where people understand you. The greatest gift this site has given me is that I see I am not alone. It is comforting to know it is something alot of people go through and all we can do is try and support each other. Hope to hear from you soon and all the best.....
