I'm pretty new here myself too. Older hands than me will be able to tell you about the program here, as I'm only on the second stage, but I can tell you that the support boards here are fantastic - full of welcoming, wise and supportive fellow sufferers and health professionals. You've done well to land here for sure. You don't have to say any more or less than you want to - no pressure here.
