Davit, Hugs,
Yep, when I sleep I do dream so I should be getting some REM sleep. Usually to bed about 10:30 or 11 and up around 6:30, but I wake up several times in between with mini-panics.
Food wise, I've been making sure I drink a protein shake in the morning with the Greens powder stuff and some sort of fiber in it. At first coffee break, I have a yogurt, then lunch is a Michelina's type meal with a fruit cup and an orange. Supper is usually pretty light too, but I try to make about half of it vegetables. Next pay, I'll buy a case of V8. I love it and 3 servings of veggies per can. I agree, that rapid a loss isn't the healthy way to do it. But since it's gone, I'll keep it off in a healthy manner with proper nutrition and physical activity. I was 300 pounds going into this transition, and now I'm between 270-275. With my height and build, 220 or so would be ideal, but that's not at the forefront of my mind. I'll keep the portions normal and be healthy.
Now that the house is in good shape for showing, I'll work on my studies and get out walking and visiting some. That'll be good for the spirits too!
I like today's quote about, "If you want something bad enough, you'll find a way to make it happen." Well, my sweetie and I will make it happen. She's doing well and has her own challenges. She cries every time she sees the house and sometimes wonders if we're doing the right thing. But then we review what our life goals together are and we both feel better and like we are accomplishing something. We look at gas prices and food prices and realize that getting out from under a mortgage is the best thing we can possibly do, no matter how challenging the process is.
Thank you all.
