not too sure whether to put this in this forum or not.. anyway i was just wondering if anyone has tips for catching trains. this time last year, i used to be fine doing this, catching it into the city (around a 30 min trip) nearly everyday for work but now i'm back at home from college and haven't caught a train in four months until today where i think i may have pushed myself too far. i went five stops but just couldn't do any more (the city is another six stops away). on the way back i could only go a few stops, had to get off and then went another few stops back home where i felt really nervy, shaky and kind of like a failure.. has anyone had problems with trains (or any public transport really)? can you offer any advice? maybe i should do it in smaller steps, i guess i am just frustrated that i could do it without thinking twice and now just standing on the train platform makes me nervous.
