I took the Relacore this morning. The bottle says to take two but anxiety does not allow me. I took one. I felt fine until about an hour before lunch when I started getting hungry. I took one on my way out to lunch to see if the anxiety inproved.By the time I ate lunch I was in a full blown attack. The bottle says to that 2 capsules 3x per day, with or without food. I may have been panicing because I actually managed to get a pill down my throat or it could have just been another day in the life of a panicker. I also have something bothering my ear and I have just been too tired and panicky after work to get to a doctor, and the ear thing is definately making the anxiety worse.

My friend whom also has panic/anxiety tried taking Relacore. It is supposed to be for mild anxiety and supposedly gets rid of belly fat. I am sure you have all seen the commercials. Anyway.. she has taken it for about 4 days and has been anxiety free. It really sounds too good to be true but some how she talked me into taking one at lunch today. I had a great afternoon. I hope it is not just a coincidence. I went and bought a bottle after work today. I am afraid to take anything, especially prescription because of the side effects and not wanting to have to go through stopping eventually. I will try it again tomorrow and update.
