B,hi i am sorry you arent feeling very well. zpak is a antibotic, a really good one.my husband is feeling better he has broncitis and my daughter misbehaved in school today her teacher called and said she wouldnt stay in her seat. so she is grounded. let me know how couples therpey goes. i wish my husband and i could do that. i am feeling ok today. please post me back hugs gina

I am so sorry for not responding earlier...this sinus infection doesn't seem to be going away and I have an interview tomorrow and am so not ready....
How are you doing? Are you and your family okay after the hurricane? I hope you guys are okay...
What is a z-pack? Is it a type of medication? Hang in there Gina, things will get better...try something different....relaxtion, meditation, walking, etc...I know it sounds 'new age' but it may help...I am going to start taking some yoga classes to 'balance' me out....lol...
How is your daughter and husband? I hope things are okay...I have a counselling session with my psychiatrist and she wants to see me and my husband....we have never been to a couples therapy before...
