thanks so tired they are fabulous to read i'll have to print them out and put it where i can read it everyday its so easy to forget all that you have and are grateful for when your so overcome with anxiety and depression so thanks for giving me a little wake up call :) life truly is wonderful i just have to start living again thats the scary thing. I understand how you feel -- not seeing what you have...and it is so hard to do that...sometimes, I have to stop myself (usually when I am anxious and having a panic attack) and think that I am so grateful for all the wonderful people I have in my life....and I think of the love I have and try to surround myself with that...I know this may sound like it's impossible -- there are many days where I don't even see it...It comes and goes...Despite of all the things that I am grateful for, my anxieties 'win' most of the time...:-( But I am trying to get back up....I know it will take time, but as you wrote once, "this too shall pass..." I know it's difficult Outlaw, but I think we can do it! I am trying to take one day at a time...and trying to stay positive, but it doesn't always work...but we pick ourselves up again...and try harder the next time... I hope you are feeling well... Great post if i could only make that work,my mind is sentized over the last 5 1/2 years its like im brainwashed..I need to think postive but theres always a obstacle,and somehing in my way..I pray for us to get well..I love this group..Life has been good,and will be good.. Outlaw
