Hi Girls, I read your posts on my "Please Help" post I posted you guys so please read that one. I understand exactly what you are going through Lulu I totally do, I wrote you under "please help" so you will understand, I am praying for you. Hey Gina thanks for caring i have been very depressed the past coup;e of days like you my husband and i arnt getting on he is causing me a whole load of grief and anxiety but i cant leave cause i have no one and i still cant drive so i cant take my kids to school and my husband knows that so he keeps treating me bad i think ive been puting too much pressure on getting better and i definately have a connection with higher anxiety the week before my monthly have you noticed that a couple of us ladies in the group have had a rough week is it coincidence that we are all 'due'? I read on these posts about people dealing with anxiety and panics for years on end and that scares me cause ive only been dealing with panics for roughly 3 months and i do have good times but when i go down its hard to get my head above water so to speak.Im going to my doctor monday so hopefully she'll have a miracle cure ;)Thanks again for caring i dont have anyone that understands what im dealing with aside from you guys so thanks for being here i appreciate it. :)
