HI Josh,
Do not worry mate, I have the same symptoms. Panic attack can be
very frightening if we have no understanding of what is going on, the
following symptoms can occur during the experience:
1. Adrenal gland
2. Pupils dilate (hence blurred vision)
3. Mouth goes dry.
3. Neck and shoulder muscles tense
4. Breathing becomes faster and blood pressure rises.
5. Liver releases stored sugar to provide fuel for quick action (fight-or-
flight)
6. Digestion sown down or ceases as blood is diverted away from the
stomach
7. the body cools itself by perspiring
8. Muscles at opening of anus and bladder are relaxed ( and hence
frequent urinating is normal)
( PLease remember and repeat: Panic attack has never harmed anyone
and cannot harm me - you may feel you would faint; you may say "oh I
am having a heart attack", but nothing of the sort will happen
Where to begin: I believe the first step is for you to understand what
you are going through, to understand the symptoms and why they
occur.
Then you find your way through, It is a harsh reality, but live can be
exiting too, it is worth fighting for, here is some wise words from Che
Guevara, the revolutionist who had asthma: "Fighting for every breath, I
have to tell death: Fcuck off"
We will tell the same to panics ;)
Love & peace
