Hi chardthefish,
Having a Panic/Anxiety Disorder does not lead to Psychosis. These are two separate conditions. I wrote on here about my Mum who was diagnosed with Panic/Anxiety Disorder by her doctor but she also has Psychosis as well.

Here is a strange one I have been thinking about. Why have the people on this forum gone on to develop Panic Disorder/Anxiety Disorder when other people develop Psychosis, OCD, (full blown) or Eating Disorder Symptoms as their main issue? Are there different areas of the brain which are more sensitive in each individual? So it is like a lottery which condition you develop most predominantly under stress.
