I'l glad my signature has helped you, like you said "it just clicked", when I was preparing to quit, had my quit date set and was going thru the programs... all I could think of was "I won't ever be able to smoke again" I can't have another cig" "I don't have an out"... well, during all of the negative thoughts "it clicked" It's not that I can't smoke today it is more like I don't have to smoke today.... and the rest, as they say, is history.

Charm, I just wanted to say congrats again and that your signature is one of the things/mantras that really helped me. It just clicked... That's right... I DON'T have to do that anymore!

I'm feeling pretty good about this quit... not to say ALL Temptation is gone.. but just not as bad or near as often as before.

My reward is that I am going to join a Zumba class this Monday, think that will be fun and something to get out of the house and do.
