Welcome!!! Try webmd, its pretty reliable as some of the internet sources are not. You will start to feel better soon, you are doing all the right things. Try to 12 week program. I am doing it and I think it helps alot. Good luck.
Hello! My name is amanda and I was so overjoyed to find this place! It seems like if someone doesn't suffer from (or is educated on) these disorders they cannot truly empathize or understand the debilitating emotions and attacks that accompany them.
I just recently realized that I have a disorder of some sort, but upon researching them I notice symptoms in myself that are similiar to OCD, Agoraphobia, panic, maybe eating disorders...wow I'm just one bundle of disorders...LOL....Is it possible that I could have all of them...or one is triggering others...
My doctor has prescribed me CELEXA (citolopram)but I want to learn more about it before i take it...Am I going to become a emotionless zombie with bleeding esophagus side effects...?LOL.... :quest:
