I have struggled with heartburn and the IBS (diarrhea) daily, for years. I used to eat tagament everyday, plus antiacids all the time.
My diet is not the best in the world either, since I eat 1x a day(choking phobia) and am not into meats.
Anyway I found a combo that has worked great for me. I added Echinacea to my herbal supplements and it has stopped the heartburn and the IBS. Occasionally I will still get a dose of heartburn but its not daily anymore.
I also drink ALOT more water daily that I used to.
I was like that awhile ago too. I was so depressed about food cuz everything bothered my belly. I was at the point where I was eating like, bread and crackers!!! I think that after I started exercising that it stopped. Now I rarely have an upset stomach. I know it stink cuz you just want some taco bell or spaghetti!
ive done research the last few years on this on the net and talking to people on diffrent sites..i got gerd 3 plus years ago after i ate hot lasgna out the oven never hadd it before...i had panic disorder 2 years before that..i had never had heartburn before until the next day..after that it became my life everyday after im a hypchondrtiac mess really..ive been worried about my heart as most of you know latley,and know the gerd is back for the 3 almost summer its crazy.there is a link here,im going to keep reading on it..i hate i cant eat ****,and im scared al the time..i will post more later...hugs
