I can't answer your question on Zoloft, because I'm not on that one. But I can answer your question on not enough sleep. I try to go to sleep at a resonable time because if I do not get enough sleep, my anxiety is worse, then I end up feeling like **** all day.
Don't give up just because your feeling a bit off at the moment, we all have our up and downs days, just think about the last couple of days you have had, how great you have been feeling and how good you have been.
