I think you may be looking for your "Glove Compartment." This can be found under 'My Program' and offers tons of resources on each step of your quit. You can also chart your daily progress and pledge to remain smoke-free in this section.
 
Under "Tools & Resources" you will also find some additional information on making this quit successful. Downloading the "Workbook"  can also be essential piece in your quit as well. Many members have reported this workbook to be helpful in their quit.
