It sounds more like GAD. General Anxiety Disorder. I have that but on top of it, I have panic attacks. Just the thought of one makes me want to cry or scream. Khris

Hello - I am new to this group and would like to see if anyone has feelings like this.... I had two panic attacks last year that sent me to the hospital. On top of that both my brother and sistsr have had babies ( I don't live in the same state as my family) and my dad was diagnosed with lukemia. Needless to say it was one insane year. I spent most of it going to doctors, having MRI's of my head (to rule out MS), blood work etc. Everything came back normal. I haven't had a full blown attack in over a year, but I do have this persistant feeling of being "keyed up" all the time. I continually have this bizzare dizzy/light headed feeling when I am walking around. It feels like I am either floating, or walking on springs or a water bed. It is freaky. I don't even know how to describe it any more but I continually wait for it to happen when I am walking around. I am constantly doing a "self check" to see how I feel and what is going on with my body. It's driving me nuts. Does anyone have this type of dizzy/floating/ feeling when they are up and about ? I don't know if I need to go back to my neurologist, get counseling, take some medicine or what .... Thanks
