Not so into the rewards thing because of the guilt from throwing ALL that money into the filthy habit!
And, like so many others, I find that when I'm not stopping every five minutes to "reward myself" with a smoke after completing one step of one task, I'm quite a bit more productive.
Still, because not smoking definitely screws up my physiology and psychology, I have to acknowledge those changes and address them in some way. Mostly, it's taking five and breathing, or taking a brisk walk around the building where I work, passing smokers huddled in doorways like homeless people. (I'm so NOT putting them down, I also have to get outside, albeit for a different reason, but they do look a little different when you're not one of them, you know?)
Next step for me is getting back into a disciplined exercise routine, but I haven't figured that one out yet with my schedule. (Two jobs, whine whine.) But I will.
