You are SO right ... there is indeed a cappuccino flavoured lozenge ... Wow! ... now that was quick!!! ... I can't believe that just by coming on here and asking for something ... that within a couple of days ... it HAPPENS.

Right ... her goes ... "I think that all Scottish women over the age of 38 years old who have stopped smoking within the last three weeks should receive a couple of million pounds/dollars for their efforts" ...

Now all I have to do is wait a couple of days ....

As you can tell ... this quit is taking on a life of it's own ... the cravings and behavioural issues are nasty ... but the postings (and the photo's) on here are fabulous ... not to mention my new found niche in the lingerie department ... yep! ... it's a whole new world indeed!! I have to confess (but only to you) that I do feel exceptionally proud of myself. I know it's only been three or so weeks ... but this is a bleedin' miracle for me ... and each day (however hard it may be) ... is like another mini truimph ... Damn ... I am GOOD!!!

Anyway Missus ... I do hope you are keeping yer chin up hen ... I am looking forward to you visiting here more regularly sometime soon ... there aint nothing quite like the scottish humour to brighten up yer day ... I wish you well with your treatments and hope you 'catch a break' sometime very soon ... please take care.
