Lily, Having the feeling that there is water in your head prior to the panic attack could be the "aura" of a panic attack. Please continue to monitor these symptoms and if they persist, please make an appointment with your family doctor. With this he/she can rule out any problems. Hi, I have panic disorder and recently have been feeling like there is a water in my head, and then that would triger a panic attack. I also sometimes feel weakness in my muscles but after sometime it disappears, Does any one has these feelings or sometimes weakness on oneside of the body that disappears after i panic. Thank you Lily
