The first 2 weeks are the hardest. And you did it, Way To Go!!! I had some sleep problems too but then I tried going to bed at the same time each night, no more reading in bed, ect. I made the bed just for sleep and as a reward I bought some comfy pj's. Now I sleep like a rock. As far cravings go I just tell my self ' I cant give in! I'm a non-smoker!'.

Great achievement! Try using relaxation techniques to wind down and relax you before bed. Get to sleep early and get your full 8 hours. Wake up at few minutes early to help you move into the day slowly. have your coping mechanisms ready for the day and you will fair well!
Leigh-Ann, congratulations on surviving Heck Week! Don't ya just love watching your stats increase every day? I hope it gets easier for you now in week three. What I've found recently are new triggers. I knew all of the regular triggers (watching football games, going to a bar, hanging out with a couple smoking friends) but now I am finding those other triggers. I think they will always rear their ugly heads, but I know that I can survive the "nicodemon", as they call it on this site. Good luck this week!
