Hi outlaw, Try deep breathing and relaxation exercises, this might help. And also try to get somebody to massage your upper back, shoulders and chest, it will help you relax a bit more. Hope this helps, Ruby................... :) Hope you start to feel better soon...

hey all right when you feel like you can shrug off the symptoms,i makes unbearable again.i should know by now having this for 5 years,and the last 3 years concerned on my health..it started its a bad cycle no trigger,it just comes about and i cant really explain it,or the symptoms..my heart feels fluttry,i want to sleep so i dont have to feel so uncomfortable..man this sucks i really thought i was doing good going into spring.so i feel tense,on edge,unsure of myself,feel like my heart is pounding alot,my chest muscles hurt,and are tender to the touch.i want to get better,and know im stuck in this again minutes drag by like hours days like months until a good day comes..unlike what they say it lasts 30 minutes mine goes days maybe months so that is bull..im tired of feeling like this,breathing,xanax,when this comes about i just suffer..now i worry its my heart and other issues..well folks i hope you are doing well,im up for a minute figured i would drop this..later people.. outlaw
