oh sorry CRYSTAL24 I JUST READ YOUR MESSAGE AGAIN AND IT SEEMS LIKE I DID NOT GET IT AT FIRST ANYWAY, DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE WEIGHT LOSS I WAS HEAVY THE FIRST SIX MONTHS BUT NOW I AM LOOSING TOO MUCH AND THAT'S WORRY ME A LOT YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT. I READ ONCE IN A MAGAZINE (WHEN I WAS QUIET FAT) "IT TOOK YOU 9MONTHS TO MAKE UP THIS BABY SO YOU SHOULD EXPECT AT LEAST A YEAR BEFORE YOU START LOSING THE WEIGHT GAINED"
YOU TALKED ABOUT THE WEIGHT LOSS ...I have told you we have sooooo much things in common I have lost nearly 9kgs(18lb) these last six months I was feeling so down physically and mentally I could not believe that it was not a serious health issue I thought the doctors (as I have seen many not just my GP)were missing something but when I stopped breastfeeding last January and started the antidedressant I feel a big difference and of course got my energy back. at first I did not have the courage to do it because when the baby starts crying we just want him to stop especially at night time and give him the breast straight away. I can tell you that after startinghim with the bottle he started sleeping after a couple of weeks THE WHOLE NIGHT, By the way I WANT TO SAY THAT ME TOO GET ANXIOIUS WHEN I AM TIRED BUT LOGICALLY WE ARE HUMAN NOT ROBOTS SO IT IS NORMAL TO FEEL TIRED WHEN WE DO A LOT OR WHEN WE HAVE BAD NIGHTS I felt all the time exhausted when I was breastfeeding sooooo

Oh my gosh yes!!!!! We are working on a new home we bought, every night after work. Staying late painting and such. After about an hour of being there of course I am exhausted and I start to get very anxious and nervous feelings. I am not kidding, i may do just fine all day until I exhuast myself and then it starts.Text
Oh My gosh-Thank you for replying you guys..We do have many things in common! Is it not strange-Our symptoms. You really feel like what your feeling is something that is real. Not anxiety-Now that I know that it is anxiety it makes it easier to get through it and not be nervous about it constantly. To know that others feel the SAME WAY! Also, Anita-Do you have more energy once you stop breastfeeding?? My daughter is 9 months and I am just started to wean her. I have also had problems with weight loss..I was also wondering if this was from breastfeeding. Almost like my body won't allow me to loose weight?! Anyway, thanks for being there-This is great!

HI Crystal,
we seem to have a lot of things in common, I have a 5 year old daughter and a 1 year boy I just stopped breastfeeding cause I have started medication, and I felt for the last 6 months horribly faint and had muscles aches especially shoulders, I had jerky legs I was not having proper sleep at all. I felt so exhausted that I could not believe there was nothing wrong and did lot of tests and all came back negative. DON'T WORRY it will probably take time but it will get better, try to eat when the baby is sleeping or with somebody else cause when he will be there you will tend to have KNOTS IN THE THROAT and give up quickly. and try to look on the Internet for ways to boost your energy and good luck any other concen I AM HERE....
Hello-I am just curious if anyone elses fear rises when they haven't eaten or are just really exhausted. I have two small children and I am always tired!! I can't escape my fatigue so I get scared that I can't escape my anxiety and panic attacks if I can't escape the fatigue. I notice that when I am really tired, my stress level rises fast and then I feel like I am going to faint. My usual symptoms of anxiety are faintness which makes me more nervous and turns my anxiety into panic!!! I hate it because being tired seems to worsen the faintness-I don't know i guess I am just looking for advice...I obviously know getting sleep would help but, I am a stay at home nursing mother with a 2 year old and my 9 month old-who I nurse- and who still won't sleep through the night!!! I wish sleep was easier but I do not think I will be getting it for awhile-Just curious if anyone has experience or just thoughts on this-Thank You
