Hi Sassy! Goofy is right, we really should have welcomed you onto the cruise! Here's a Mai Tai, a deck chair, and I think DL just went for a swim over there in the pool...

I do want to say though, that when I start saying "I want a smoke, I find I am doing some sort of romancing the addiction, allowing the "possibility" to creep in, and when I firmly say "NO, I don't", take a deep belly breath, and relax my shoulders, that feeling that "I want" is gone. I also will say to myself, self, I say, "I don't want one, I am just ACCUSTOMED to having one in this type of situation". Since I smoked for 42 years or so, there are not many situations in which I am NOT accustomed to having one, so that takes a LOT of belly breaths! But it does get easier, and there are longer and longer periods of time in which I don't even think of smoking AT ALL. Amazing, because when we smoked, we spent ALL our time thinking of smoking (or quitting!), right?
Hope you are feeling better, Hugs, Denise
