Pete, in 9 months, think of how that little child in your photo grew...what a sweetheart! Now, print out some of the best of these replies...plus print out that picture of your little one and put in your pocket..right there where you used to carry that pack of cigs....and see if looking at those don't help!
Stress is a huge trigger, believe me, I know. I had been a non smoker for 6 months, then my Mom went blind overnight, we have had her her living with us for 8 yrs. and it took us this long to finally be able to once again say we don't smoke...and we won't!! We smoked for stress relief, 24 hour caregiving is a definate stressor, but if I had only realized 8 yrs ago that cigs are NOT the answer, it would have saved us so much money and helped my husband's health immensely! A cigarette really isn't what you need....trust me. Anyway, hang tough...and I sure hope that some of these wonderful people on here and their great ideas will help! Stay Warm! (( )) Hugs to the baby!
