Congratulations on 11 weeks Sprquits!!!
I am on day one...today. Yes, I have re-set my quit meter. I had a small slip over the holidays that turned into a full-blown relapse. :( I made the decision to smoke until after my vacation. I went to Mexico for a week and just got back yesterday. By the way, I had an amazing time! It was so nice to get away from the snow, cold, and work. (Goofy, there was some serious weather system over Florida that day and I thought of you...) :) Well, I hate to say this, but I am glad I smoked in Mexico. It is so smoker friendly there! I couldn't believe the places we could smoke...basically, anywhere. In Canada and I believe the US, it's so much more restricted.
So, here I am. Back in cold Canada and ready to DO THIS! I feel pretty good today. I will probably be checking in a lot on this site for the next little while. I will need some extra help....I wish I were as far along as you guys. But, I will be following you and looking to you for motivation, inspiration, and support. You guys are the best quit buddies. Octobreathers rock!
