I think that is pretty much true, Jacqui. It's your quit, not anybody else's. You have no control over what anybody else decides to do, nor does anybody else have control over what you decide to do. Many of us have quit with smokers in our household. Sometimes it encourages them to quit, sometimes it doesn't, but either way we are each responsible for our quits, and can take full credit for them. And that feels pretty darn good. Keep hanging in there and today or tomorrow, or one day soon you will be happy you quit again. it would be a shame to lose those 7+ weeks. My last real rough patch was around 100 days, and it was unexpected, but once I got through that, smoking has not been an option for me. I'd really like to see you get there too. So, maybe make a plan for what you will do next time hubby smokes. Maybe get a reward for yourself?
