Hi! Yes, I have heard loud noises that werent really there that would startle me, like when I am trying to fall asleep. Also, I have seen ghosts and other things that probably werent really there. Although, I had my house blessed and the "ghosts" stopped abrumptly. But our minds are so overloaded and our nerves are too when we are anxious and so it is hard to tell what the mind will do. Not going to get into the spiritual thing, but you may feel better if you do the same. I call anxiety the demons vice and he will use it. Take care!
Harley,
You have come to the right place. Please continue to share your thoughts with us. There are many people within this support group that share the same questions and concerns as you. We are all a group of individuals who support each other.
If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.
We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead.
These tests may or may not be for you but they are "free". If you have any question or concerns with our €œTOOLS€, you can contact us at support@paniccenter.net. We are the Support Specialist for The Panic Center and are open to any questions or concerns you may have.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Josie

Hi all, this is my first post on, well, I think any forum. It is good to hear others talk about their experiences as panic is usually such an alienating thing but I digress. I have panic disorder and depression--I think--my psychiatrists have been reticent about diagnosing me. And I experience these hallucinations that are extrememly real but that I can clearly recognise as not or at least can calculate the odds against. They will often come in tandem with, or precipitate panic attacks. (But usually they happen during a period of a few months returning every year or two--I also experienced that stuff when I had acute panic attacks caused by Paxil and Wellbutrin) I have panic attacks in various forms throughout most of the year though so they're not perfectly connected but they feel so connected. Basically my question is whether any of you fellow panic sufferers has the same things happen? I can't find any posts on it and I was just hoping to hear about other folks' experience with it. Thanks for reading.
