It just about makes me gag to pass a smoker. It makes it much easier to stay quit.
So sorry for your friend's sister's situation. Hopefully, it's early enough that there still might be a good outcome.
You are doing great, Deb. I know the day with your boys was a reward for you & it's wonderful that you had such a good time. But that in itself is a victory, with the wine & everything, so make sure you reward yourself, too, just yourself, for the triggers you get through & the hard thing you're doing so well.
