Thanks you guys for all the encouragement!!! I am sorry that I have not posted on here as much as I would like too, but, I have tried NOT to keep quitting smoking in the forefront... I do not know if it is the Chantix(been off of Chantix for almost a month) or what, but this quit has been quite different. This has not been as challenging as in the past. I have fleeting moments..and as soon as they appear, they are gone. The guard is still up,though!!!! I will say that I have gained about 10 pounds and I am taking a "healthy" approach. I have been taking step aerobics twice a week and a zumba class once a week. I have also been eating 4-6 mini meals a day and keeping a way from processed carbs and cutting back on sugars( I will not stop putting sugar in my coffee though!!!).
