Wow, we need to do some positive affirmations.
Yes we all cam remember where we were 6 long years ago. The shock of it all is still so fresh. The horror of that day is forever burned into one conscience. I never want to be so far removed that I forget that awful day. Not wanting to believe it and yet seeing every horrid thing. Remember, feel, and prayer.
Now about the moods, I am not going to send Rambo Cat today, just isn't right. The tree house sounds nice, but remember Windy has a comfy bed, she will share.
I also have had those nagging thoughts, but I just can't let them take charge. I (we) are in control and they are history. Lady, my sister had quit for 13 years and she said she had those thoughts. One day after being quit for quite some time she found her hand in her purse. She was looking for a cig. :eg: Lady I feel for you, shove some of those thoughts off your plate. Sending you a big fluffy blanket.
Okay, so we are having trouble with HALT? Then do a gratitude list, works every time. The key is to write down 10 things you are grateful for.
Keep the Quit
