My dad's in ER after a bypass surgery, and he isnt' doing all that good. And needless to say, I'm not feeling too "chilled" at the moment, even after a few beers in the pub talking to my friends. I know what you mean with the "NOBODY CAN UNDERSTAND ME!!!" -- as people who don't have what we do never will be able to. But You NEED to understand that there are people feeling the same stuff as you do all over the globe, all the time! We're here, not only on this forum, but everywhere and there's always at least ONE person somewhere going through the same **** as you are. So you'll never be alone with what you're going through, and there's always someone who you could/should be talking with, sharing a couple of tears with. Thank [insert anything here] there's the internet.

Hello everybody! i came back ! 4 weeks ago my dad die i went to Spain for the funeral iwas so tense all those days i confuse at the same time! my Anxiety went fron 0 to 100% sometimes over there, but i came back to Canada today i guess what? i have Panic attack as soon a came!!! i feel so depress so sad !!!!!!right now!!i'm having shorth of breath and NOBODY CAN UNDERSTAN ME!!! 'cause my "Friends" don't know this "new concept" of PANICK ATTACKS, for them is just one more CRAZY IN THE WORD!!!i sorry guys if i'm writting my felings over here but i feel that the only friends thant i have right now are you guys , because even you don'n see me but i least can read what my heart feels. thanks for your time to read this.
