Hey Valic! Everyone has had a bad day 3, its the worst of the first three but after that, it eases up, so you're just a day away from some relief. You know its just the Junkie rattling your chain. Hang in there! Readin ghere is a great distraction, or do something unusal in your routine. I really found just shaking up my routine even just a little threw the old junkie for a loop. Also, remember your coping tools, have them handy. You know you can do it, you have done it before. Take a deep breath and tell that junkie to kiss your ash! :)
