Do not beat yourself up...but, why didn't you come and post BEFORE you lite up? I know, I know, I have been there. You have to get to the place in your life where smoking is NOT an option, no matter how you feel. Where did you get the cigarettes? If you are going to continue your quit today, get rid of any other cigs that are around. Recommitt and move on. You can do this. Delay, distract, avoid, leave the situation; use self talk. Use your coping strategies. positive vibes going out to you.
