Okay then Irish,
tomorrow is your new FREEDOM DAY! You can do this. It was too hard to just throw away the rest of the pack, I know. I've been there. As you finish off this last pack; think about every cig that you smoke; feel the burning sensation in your lungs, smell your hair and your clothes at the end of the day, stick your nose by your dirty ashtray, when you cough, know why (my smokers cough went away in 3 days). Make a list of all the positive aspects of being a non smoker. Recommitt and rejoice that you will no longer be a smoker.
