I have a young adult son who lives with me who still smokes. It hasn't bothered me at all in terms of jeopardizing my quit, because my quit is mine. He actually tried to quit when he saw that I was serious about it. He is still thinking about it, so I am glad about that. When I first quit I loved the smell when he first lit up, now I don't have any reaction to it, although I don't really like the smoke around me. But, I figure I wasn't considerate of him when he was young in terms of the smoke, so I don't feel justified in making ultimatums with him now. He does, however, often go outside or wait till I'm out of the room before smoking. Anyways, that's my experience.
