Me too, sometimes I'm ravenous and have to eat. It began with me when I started the meds 12 years ago, although I must say that I have had weight problems since I was young, yo-yo dieting 3 or 4 times and putting on and taking off enormous amounts of weight. I think it started when I was young, and my mother told me to loose weight because I had a pair shaped figure, and she was more T shaped. I was actually at a normal weight for my height. Then, I went to a modeling school, and I got down below the average weight for my height. Then I took the birth control pill, and I shot up about 40 pounds. Then I became bulimic, exercising excessively and taking laxatives to loose the weight. That happened a few times in my life, I also went on a low carb diet for two years and lost a lot of weight, and when on vacation I fell off the wagon, and started gaining weight again. After being on medications for Major Depression and Anxiety, after that even if I stopped eating for a whole week, I didn't loose a pound. Then I learned about eating disorders, and they told me not to diet any more. But Maybe it's partly meds, because after I started them, no diet would work at all anyway. And maybe it is also comfort food, when I'm feeling down. And sometimes it's because I'm feeling better, and I want to reward myself and hold nothing good back... so for me, I think it's a combination of many things. I do feel though that meds made me gain weight terribly for some reason...and all my friends that also were prescribed the same meds also gained weight, so I assume for many people it is true.

I find myself very hungry a lot too. I thought maybe it was the meds. Maybe that is why they say you gain weight on these medications??!

I have had that feeling in the morning. Maybe our blood sugar level lowers and it makes us feel like a panic attack, so it feels better to eat.

hay everyone, I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this symptom. I usually don't eat a lot however since my anxiety started I have been eating quite a lot. For example if I am anxious I must eat, all of a sudden I get really hungry and if I don't eat I feel like I'm going to faint.
